1.  Why does my puppy need the dog version and NOT the puppy version of TLC pet food?  Golden retrievers are large breeds are really need the extra nutrients and formula provided in the DOG FOOD WHOLE LIFE.   They are started on DOG FOOD WHOLE LIFE at 3-1/2 weeks of age.  

2. Can I give my dog table scraps?  I would only recommend meat and some fruits and vegetables from your table.  Nothing processed or from a restaurant.  Our dogs receive TLC DOG FOOD WHOLE LIFE plus venison(raw), organic local beef and lamb (raw), organic local eggs(raw), along with beets, carrots and occasionally sardines(in water only).
