Do you allow visitors?  We love visiting with our puppy families and talking about our goldens!!  Many of our families maintain contact with us after puppy goes home, providing photo updates our whole family treasures.   Generally, we only allow visitors to our farm the day they pick up their puppy.  Our first priority is protecting the health and safety of our dogs and their pups.  We simply cannot risk introducing disease to our home/farm.  Since our puppies are raised in our home and not in a separate building we must limit exposure to visitors, in order to ensure a safe environment for them to grow free of dangerous bacteria, viruses and disease.  Many breeders have been devastated by PARVO brought onto their property by well meaning visitors.  Parvo can live in the soil for months and be carried on your shoes.  

On occasion, after a puppy family has made a full $500 deposit and if we do not currently have any unvaccinated puppies on our property we can arrange time for visitors, to meet us and a couple of our adult dogs.  No one meets pregnant/nursing mama's or unvaccinated puppies.  When we have puppies in our home our time is dedicated to raising and caring for them!!   This also protects our time, we fully understand the desire to love on our goldens!!!   We get multiple requests weekly to "Just come by and visit".   This would take time away from training our young dogs and disrupt our routine.

What to expect on PICKUP day:
We absolutely love meeting all the families on pickup day!!  We have a meet-n-greet pickup area set up abut 200 feet downhill from our home.  We are in the early stages of design/development for a permanent structure.  For now, we set up pop up canopies for inclement weather.  This has worked out wonderfully since early 2020.  We look forward to hosting families in our new temperature controlled building soon!
